Why I Built It
I got asked to step up as president of my HOA, and the day-to-day eats hours every week. So I built an app to handle it. The chatbot answers neighbor questions about the covenants and rules. The AI agents handle the recurring work I used to do manually. Apple Pay and Stripe handle the money. The result is that an HOA can self-manage with AI as the trusted third party for things like violation reports, instead of paying an expensive management company. Available on the Apple App Store.
